试样拉断后自动停机,此项功能必须满足试样实际试验力>所选挡位最大标称力的1%以上.例如:TH-8203型拉力试验机,最大标称试验力为100kg,所选试样的实际拉力应>1kg,如实际试验力<1kg,试样拉断将不自动停机.

取超过最大试验力的试样试验,当试验力超过最大试验力2~10%时自动停机.试验力超过所设定最大力2~10%时均自动停机.

拉力范围 拉力机载荷越大机台体积也大，而载荷传感器越小却精度越高，当然机台越大价格也越贵。所以拉力机时并不是越大越好。而是要适应产品力量范围大小。市场上传感器有分为进口的和国产的。国产的传感器比较便宜，但精度较差会产生零点漂移。反之进口传感器精度高，重复性好，但价格比较贵。拉力试验机最主要的部分就是传感器，测试时传感器输出力量信号给处理器，如果输出的信号不准确，那么处理出来的数据肯定就不准，拉力机就失去了监控测试能力。
